Hoped for a Sunderland 1st, Wednesday 2nd at the start if the season but it's knockout foiotball on Friday and Monday. Tense stuff. This is our fourth attempt to get up, beaten play off finalists, season ended, play offs decided by vote or some mad thing, then last season beaten in first play off tie. Looking like the crowd could be around 40,000 on Friday night, the largest outside the Premier League this season. It's mad how football makes you feel.

Tough game tonight, think we deserved it over two legs. Good luck to Wednesday for next season, we might be playing you yet.

3 points between 6th and 2nd, a very tight division and each of the play off sides has something to suggest they can do it. Northampton might be a bit winded after Horrible Joey Barton's Bristol Rovers pipped them. Are you Port Vale? Good luck

Port Vale indeed. We could have gained automatic promotion, both with 4 and 2 games to go, but blew both chances.

Good luck on Sunday. I think it's anyone's to win. Mansfield are probably on the best run of form I think but all four clubs can make a strong case, you just have to do it on the pitch now.

It will be worth it, just enough time to recover from the penalties. I'm off to Wembley today, the nerves are jangling

Great. Was elated yesterday and relieved today. It's been hard work getting out of League One.

Should be a good game for you next week, I think it's pretty evenly matched. No running on the pitch mind

Cheers - I'm that far from the pitch, I'd probably need to catch the bus ;)
