Why does everything have to be such a fucking performance? Routine medication review at the doctors - via phone of course. They rang but somehow the phone didn't register the call. Got a text from Vodafone to say I'd missed it. Rang the surgery to apologise. No problem, we'll call again before 6pm. They didn't call, even after I rang again to check. Now I see on my records they have it down as ''did not attend''.
An afternoon spent faffing about because they won't give a reasonable time slot for the call, something goes wrong & I apologise for it. They tell lies about calling back & now have me down as a non-attendee.
No wonder people swear at them.
