Idiot buys/rents 'city living' apartment/shoe box next to a known music venue.

Idiot complains about noise and wants music venue shut down.

Yup - I would buy next door and live in the venue - or phone them up each night and ask them to turn the fucking sound up - actually we are looking at places in wild Wales as a retirement home - suitable for house gigs - well you have to dream.

I knew of a bloke who bought a pub right next to a church & then put in a complaint about the bells waking him up on sunday mornings :roll: Hadn't been by there for years until recently. The pub's gone now :P
