I am as happy as a badger who has just won a clever badger competition. I am driving down to sunny Cornwall for a week with my boy and the kids. Been working my nuts off for the last few months and I can't wait. :D :D :D :D

HOORAY! UPS have finally collected the jukebox - it only took two weeks of legal wrangling to make them pick up on a Saturday without extra charge - hopefully it will only be ANOTHER five weeks before I get the working replacement.................... over three months after I ordered the damned thing!!

BUT I have space in my living room again.............. :D :D :D

Are we allowed to have lawyers killed now? :D

BTW, can't you have your same lawyers get the expenses you missed - for wasting your off days on waiting for the UPS guys who promised to come, yet repeatedly never arrived - paid/refunded by UPS? That'll teach them.

Leve the lawyers for the time being as they are serving a useful purpose, can we kill all managing agents as mine is being the absolute b*llocks.

He's not really the managing agent, there's some scam going on whereby the freehold gets transferred around his family members and he manages various blocks of flats - or rather doesn't manage them - his life's work is to get other people to arrange everything and then charge them for his time which he hasn't actually used. Buying the freehold isn't an option as we've too many absentee landlords and other owner occupiers just aren't interested.

No I don't really want them killed cos I work for them.............. and I earn a very good salary!!! It would be nice to have compensation but I don't want to push my luck - it's got to be onwards and upwards now - at least the faulty one is gone and I should get a working replacement............. it'll be worth it in the end!!

sounds like you have the best fed Hedgehogs in Sheffield there Richard,

we have one out our back too, marvellous little creature, I'm trying to teach him/her the tin whistle.
