Just so long as thee vote - not that I'm into totalitarianism - but I'd make voting compulsory - you can always spoil the ballot paper to register your disgust.

I'd like to start a new party.....the dancin nana cantbearsed party. My agenda would be

the reintroduction of the 3 day week.

People who say 'whoop whoop' to be rounded up and put to work down the mines. (see if the fucking 'whoop whoop' then)

Abolishment on the tax on booze and tabs and put onto small yappy dogs, Ballet and diced coconut.

School leaving age to be raised to 40.

Banjo lessons on a Tuesday to be compulsory.

The withdrawal from Afghanistan and a new campaign launched against France to steal the cheese mountain and wine lake.

Ballot papers should have a "none of the above" box to put your X in.

How about paying folks a fiver for voting - or a lucky draw from the folks that voted - first prize a knighthood - second a seat in the House Of Lords - for someone in each constituency...

if you send the whoop whoopers down the mines, they'll set up light shows and have raves and noone will ever get anything out of there ever again...

re: voting- i find it ridiculous that people dont have to vote (im in oz, so we do have to), and i find it even stupider that people think its a violation of liberties, because what its doing is upholding democracy by making sure every citizen decides who will run their country

 anyway... enough from me
