Saw him do stand-up with Ben Elton as support at the Victoria Hall in Hanley - he was very much a force of nature on stage.

Very funny and, by all accounts, an all round good bloke. I know someone who worked with him on a cartoon series and says he was all-round lovely. Such a shame. x
