Last time I was at Brixton was The Pogues and that sloping floor always does me in, but a good venue...September is soooooooofar ahead and I can hardly plan a week away but "Farewell tours are Farewell tours"

I've only been to the Academy once and I agree about the sloping floor, especially as it was a crowded gig.

Sloping floor, way too much to drink, rickety ankles and The Pogues is not a healthy combination.

great stuff, surely they could have fitted a date in at the old Roxy disco in sheff, that's gonna be a Carling venue??
Saw them last time at Manchester in 2004, top gig.
me & the missis went, pissed up, singing loudly from the balcony to 'Gene & Eddie', got to be done again!
:D
