In the recipe, I like the comment about letting it 'rest'. 'Congeal' ?

I love haggis, just dont like reading the ingredients. Lungs, heart, liver etc etc, once had a vegetarian one, basically a big stuffing ball.

As for a lasagne, sounds nice.

Like white pudding, i've eaten haggis and enjoyed it. I just don't want to know where it's come from....
I think it'd work great in lasagne too.
