On Sunday July 21st, WagonWheel Presents… makes our first foray into festival territory when we’ll be taking over The Stableyard Stage at Shakespeares for Tramlines. Bringing you eight acts across the afternoon and evening, come and relax in the fine beer garden and enjoy all the following for absolutely free! The bands involved will be doing things a little differently, offering stripped down acoustic sets, the solo acts will be doing what they already do best. 9.30pm ROAMING SON “100 % Sheffield Rock’n’Roll” Sheffield Scenester Tonight they’ll be paring it down to something a little more laid back like those at their recent EP launch were lucky enough to witness. http://www.facebook.com/roamingsonuk 8.30pm BIG CONVOY From the ashes of ‘Mat Wale & The Rackets’ and ‘Whiskey Cove’ comes Big Convoy, an alt. Country band five years in the making. http://soundcloud.com/big-convoy 7.30pm RICHARD KITSON “When I grow up I want to play guitar like Richard Kitson” Otis Gibbs Folk/Blues inspired by the likes of Bert Jansch, Davy Graham, and John Martyn. http://www.richardkitson.com/ 6.30pm THE LISTENERS “The Listeners were f*cking brilliant last night” Richard Hawley The Listeners is Emma Thorpe.
