Hi everyone, we went to The Plug last night in Sheffield and watched a band called The Temperance Movement, they were brilliant!

Think it was a sell out, and very warm! There were 3 support bands on, a kid called Howarth (anyone under 25 is a kid to me!) and another called Samuel Taylor, both of who are from Sheffield I think, they were both good too. Wasn't so keen on the 3rd band, think they were called The Jack Londons, but apparently they've not been together for long. Anyway, it was a good night for 6 quid a ticket!

Caught them too! was a top night.
Took a chance after hearing the song below..
Great band, very black crowesy and a really tight sound. definately worth the £6 asking price!
Saw the last bit of the last support band, sounded a bit too Arctic Monkeys for my liking.
Spoke to Samuel Taylor tho who was doing the merchandise for Temperance Movement. he said he was supporting them for the whole tour.
Definately worth checking out before they play bigger venues and are charging more!

I'm reliably informed that Joe Elliott will play one of their tracks on his Planet Rock show this coming Saturday.

My god, I thought they'd be good but not THAT good. World class.
