Really? Blimey! I've only been here a few years. I know Sheffield's usually missed off tour schedules, but I'd assumed Cave must've wandered in this direction at least once in the 3 decades he's been doing the rounds. [EDIT - I had a quick look looks like the Birthday Party played the Leadmill once in '82, but apart from that, nowt]

Do me a favour and be a top audience so he bothers to come back before 2024.

If the baby comes more than a week or two early (or if it's late) I'll be in the market for last minute returns..

yep, "officially" this is his first gig in sheffield - certainly the first bad seeds gig - and i doubt he can remember anything from that birthday party period what with the heavy drug abuse :?

yep my tickets came as well.

when i get t'other side of two upcoming weeks in greece wearing a linen suit and drinking southern comfort all day, the gig will seem a lot nearer :wink: .
