saw the aforementioned young lass and her band in Troon last night - was a Rock against racism gig - my son won the tickets on a phone in.
Have to say she was brilliant - such a strong voice and songs you just have to sing along to - which was strange as I did.nt think I knew many of her songs. Her band need mention - great young musicians obviously having a great time.
She is down to play the main stage at T in the park this year - I think she will go down a storm.
What I am trying to say really is that - although I had not bought her CD and had not even considered it - on the strength of her live performance I will be as live she was much better than the CD tracks you hear on the radio.
Is it not nice to be so pleasantly surprised..

I've been playing her album in the car constantly for the last month or so.
Very talented young lady. I like the album a lot. :)

She has a very distinctive voice .Quite an achievement getting to the top of the album charts for someone new and so young .I might take a gamble and buy the album sometime .I quite fancy her too
