The new album is the best thing he has done by far. The first two ain't bad either.

Just gor the Simple Minds box 5X5. Those early albums are brilliant. Also the new David Sylvian Best Of - A Victim of Stars with great Fordidden Colours and Bamboo Houses.

'New Gold Dream' is absolutely sublime, I love that album, 'Colours Fly and Catherine Wheels' is a stand out track. And, spookily enough, the whole album and especially that track is very David Sylvian/Japan imho.
I wish I could make head/tail of 'Merry Christmas Mr Lawlrence' tho :?
