Plus:

Beach Boys - Holland

Kings of Convenience - Quiet Is the New Loud
Beatles - Revolver

I've just put on Songs in the Key of Life but I don't know if I'll have time to finish it before I have to start making the dinner.

Ed Harcourt - Here Be Monsters
Ron Sexsmith - Retriever
Lucinda Williams - Essence
Maria McKee - You Gotta Sin To Get Saved
Neil Young - After The Goldrush
Steve Earle - Jerusalem

I've only just bought the Steve Earle, I'd not heared much of his stuff to be honest, but saw him on Cambridge Folk Festival on telly & was impressed, and he seems to get a lot of favourable mentions round these parts, so I thought why not. Like what I've heard so far, also added bonus of Emmylou on one of the tracks. :)
