I've not been, but the computer found this:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/travel/2009/a ... udget-food

Spoon Cafe

"Over coffee and newspapers, a little soothing Richard Hawley audible in the background, tuck into a buttery croissant, filled with proper Ayrshire ham and sweet, nutty Swiss cheese (£3.45). "

Me, I got to Philadelphia. :)

I've been to a few of the places on that list, and for flavour and value, the Mosque is the best!

By the way, it's bloody awful in Edinburgh at the moment ...... Princes' Street is up whilst they put down tramlines, and the place is full of tourists for the Fringe Festival! I know that Edinburgh relies on the tourists for revenue, but grrrrr!

Yes, not often I would say this but Edinburgh is not the best place to come for a holiday or go shopping right now

That explains it. My sister was there recently for a conference and said crossing the street was courting death.

She was so excited to be back years and years after her college trip.

Me, I got stuff :)
