We just got back from camping in cornwall, it was amazing!!
Loved padstow and the feeling you get around the town. Amazing crab fishing off the docks.

I know what you mean. The feeling that every £1 you spend is going straight into Rick Stein's pocket.

Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

We had a wonderful weekend and seemed to do so much yet it was really realxing. We spent Saturday at The Eden Project; something we've all wanted to do for ages, then went to Newquay and had a picnic tea on the cliffs above the beach. In the evening we headed for Mevagissey and Fowey (the Regatta was on and we caught the fireworks there). Yesterday, we got up early, headed north and visited Jamaica Inn - really atmospheric as it was misty and drizzly, called at Okehampton to see the castle, spent an hour in a fabulous place called the Book Barn - two huge barns filled with second hand books (spent a fortune there!) then on to Bath where we visited the Abbey and The Roman Baths and had afternoon tea in The Pump Room. Then, in a fit of madness, we headed to Stonehenge for about 8pm and finally arrived home knackered at midnight!! (not technically fantastic photos, but happy memories :D )

They were taken in Mevagissey Harbour just before dusk; boats and plants are my favourite photo subjects :D

It was such a shame when Mr Potters Collection was removed & sold off....( though I appreciate Taxidermy isn't everybodys cup of tea this day & age......)
