Amazing, night time pictures.

Superb pics. We went up and over on the London Eye at night just a few days before Crimbo and it was magical. We weren't quite as high as this photographer though

Helicopter, I guess? Or are you allowed to microlight over London?

(I know, I know. Someone somewhere will tell me 'microlight' isn't a verb.)

Those pictures are AMAZING! :D

London looks SO much better from the air - you can't see all the dirt and the litter! :?

Great London photos - RH is right - flying into American cities at night can be breathtaking - Los Angeles and New York are two of my favourites. I can also claim a "Yes" answer to the Jimmy Dale Gilmore song "Have you ever seen Dallas from a DC9 at night"..well, it wasn't a DC9, but I did fly in to Fort Worth at night one time.

I do like aerial photos, I love using google earth to see places my friends live in and places I've visited.

Years ago I bought my dad a massive book that was aerial photographs of the whole of Britain. He spent lots of time looking at that - today we finally got him on line and the first thing he did was go on google earth and start looking at places.

:*:

That's the practicality of women you see - online shopping is so much easier - it saves time and you only have to unpack it when it arrives at your door! :D

I'm sure she'll be on to other things now she has her top priority sorted! :D

The pictures are great and so clear, it can't be easy taking pictures at night presumably from a moving aircraft.

Sheffield from the air. Not as 'arty' as the London ones though.
