Betty must be coining it in!! :?

In this pic Bettys is on the right at the top of the hill - go down a few doors and there is [was?] a music bar that has plenty of local bands on...

May not be there now I last visited Harrogeet three or four years ago...

I used to go to Harrogate every year when I was kid. Really great memories of the place.

If anybody ever goes there visit the museum there and try the spa water..It's certainly an experience.

I once sat two tables away from Mike Harding at Betty's in Harrogate.

I forgot, I did my first ever gig in Harrogate when I was 9 years of age back in 1975.

Alas it wasn't playing the guitar.

Ooh...ooh. Ali Bongo was in the audience and after the show, gave me some tips on how to improve my performance..

I once attended 'Road Marking Expo 2007' in Harrogate, I was on a stand which sells the reflective material H09AGQ for those interested in the adhesive and prismic colour co-ordinative properties of this item... and I was staying at the Harrogate Majestic Hotel...which incidently had a various array of croissants and french delicacies for breakfast...I sat through 3 whole orange juices and never burped once....and I found they have too many parks and grassland in Harrogate.....it only encourages the rebel dogs to foul the footpaths in defiance surely ??... a lot of old people live there too...which doesn't make it any easier to find a park bench...there should be a system like car parking they have in many major towns and cities in Britain..that is.. you can park your bottom on a park bench for an hour maxi and cannot return within 2 hours.....!!

you had better believe it ..but not half as exciting as the French Enamelling of Y Shaped Flush Resistant Sewer Pipes Exhibition..in the bar at Pontypridd's Tudor House Hotel..that had to be the icing on anyone in the know's cake... ;) ..
