Just back off holiday. Tonight The Streets Are Ours played during one of the intervals at an intimate and superb acoustic music bar in Corralejo, Fuerteventura (Canary Islands). The bar is called the Rock Island Bar and is a real gem with incredible musicians playing every night, often broadcast live on YouTube as well :Hoorah

I awoke this morning to "Streets" playing on Chris Evans show.

Well.. half of it, the other half was mostly his nibs drowning the song out talking about samosa's.

I went to work in the huff.

I still like the ginger ninja though.

Have to look that one up ..>

Always fancied an instrumental CD - mind you who would buy it? - maybe an EPs worth of bonus tracks attached to an album?

That made me laugh very loudly Pops... who would frequent them? What drinks could you order? Would they offer to deliver you home for free when you'd finished shopping? I think this whole thing could catch on... shall we go on Dragon's Den? xxxx

My poor mum thought she had gone nuts. She could hear 'Open up your door' on and off all day on Monday. She rang me in the end in a bit of a panic. The tele wasn't on, nor was the radio. She had checked the BT hub??, and emptied the chest the phone sits on, (I wonder if she thought Richard was in there?) and it wasn't the phone either. I said it's probably my brothers mobile ringing somewhere. I will ring it now. No, there's no ringing but, I can hear Richard again. My brother had left his phone in his jacket, he got a clump round the head, when he collected it.
