I'll bet the BBC are being inundated by folks enquiring what the song is & who's the singer. ..>

Typical Oxford wankers - what's the answer by the way?

Quality - missed this in Nov 2012...

Coles Corner was on Billy Connelly's Route 66 programme the other night. I was alerted by my bloke saying "They're playing some of your music for the menopause on here."

Still, Billy Connelly is in my attractiveness top five... well, at least he's still alive... x

When I produce my own newspaper, I’m going to write a story about it, a front page exclusive, a scandal, a shocker, under the headline Man not all he’s cracked up to be, with a sub-head Bloke proves a great disappointment. I may even leave the most pertinent details blank so that readers can fill in the spaces themselves…x

Yep. ..> Often thought it would be a fab job to have, sourcing music for all kinds of stuff. Radiohead is
used a lot, probably the most recognisable was "No Surprises" with Jim Royle talking to Baby David! :D

"Ashes on the Fire" was in the background in Andrew Graham-Dixon's programme on the re-opening of the Rijksmuseum.

There's a Storm a Comin - played last night on Sky 1 over trailers for forthcoming Sky tv programmes. Thought I would post this knowing of Richard's love for Sky and its corporate cousins :!:

On an American singing competition, The Voice, there's a studly model who sings and plays guitar. I bring this up as he's perhaps a distant cousin - Josiah Hawley. Note potential slight uptick in Yank sales due to a few confused teenyboppers on iTunes.

Anyway..!
