I'm just listening to her new album 'Little Dreamer' it's stunning, not one duff track on it.

If you like Blues/Gospel/Soul music you'll love this. Her voice is amazing.

Might give this a try myself Cominghome .I'm really impressed by the stuff I've heard on the radio .She's not had the same hype as Duffy etc but I prefer her voice - bit under-rated so far .

Some tracks on the album are produced and mixed by Steve Power, others by Kevin Bacon and Jonathan Quarmby. Quarmby also plays Piano, organ and harmonica on the tracks he helped produce, and Bacon plays bass on one track. Duke Special is on accordian and vocal duet on one track.

I've been playing the Beth Rowley CD in the car all week. It's suberb. I really like it.
I also bought Imelda May "Love tattoo" the same day. That took slightly longer to grow on me but I really like it now, especially the track "Big bad handsome man" which I was singing as "Big Fat handsome man" for days before I realised my mistake. (I think I like my version better!)
The album also has the advantage of a fantastic drummer - our very own Dean! :*:
