Went to this yesterday...Brilliant, great atmosphere, spent about 3 hours wandering around. Came out and bought a book called Any Day Now by Kevin Cann, Bowies London years:1947-1974. I used to go to school with Kev !!
Paul Morley the music journalist was writing a book over the week end while he was at the exhibition, just sat there as if he was in detention!! Nice bloke and all very interesting.
Go if you can get there it's worth it. :D

Went to the Bowie exhibition on Tuesday and really, really loved it. I was never the greatest Bowie fan but the way everything's been put together is just fabulous. First time I've actually worn the headphones they hand out - it's actually a soundtrack that's playing rather than an audio description of what you're seeing.

Definitely recommend a visit - had to queue for over an hour and then allocated a time slot a bit later in the day. Well worth standing in the queue. I think I was in the actual exhibition for about two and a half hours which flew by.

Went yesterday.......fantastic! :Hoorah I was really looking forward to it and hoped it wasn't going to
be a let down. Also wasn't looking forward to the headphones as FPL said, as I too normally avoid
them, but it works perfectly and the whole thing exceeded my expectations.....loved it.

Walking round, seeing and hearing loads of things that have so many memories for me, always been
a huge Bowie fan, but also had some regrets. Never (so far! :P ) got the chance to see him live, and
sold all my original albums, including all Bowie's from the 70's and 80's, to buy a bike to go to
work on! :(

If it was a bit closer I'd go again. :Hoorah

Go see it before it's gone! ..>
