Anyone seen it? what's the verdict?

i'm a big fan of the Alien films and went to see it Friday. without spoiling it for those who haven't seen it, i thought it was a good film. Ridley could have easily made it a cash in but instead made a very good film., okay, some bits could have been a bit better and the story was a bit loose in places but it still retained the Alien tradition!

I was always told "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all"

I was very disappointed. It looks great. It's just ..well I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it.

I loved it and was pleased it was a little different to the the other four movies. My fear was that it would be more of the same which, whilst good, is a bit tired.
