Sitting in my backyard on the stone wall on a lazy summer Sunday afternoon, sipping a glass of white wine and watching my boy digging a hole in his "digging spot" (wish I had one of those). He and my girl were pulling out little stones and old bits of pottery and building a pile of "pirate treasure".

Well done Ida for starting this thread. I too was getting a bit fed up of all the negativity! :D

Loads of things make me happy. In no particular order the things that come to mind right now are sunshine, friends, family, good music, loving and being loved, the feeling of achievement after a good long run, gardening.
