In general I would agree, but I'm being told more and more that if it puts a strain on the business,
then the customer isn't necessarily right!

It's an old saying which I believe Selfridge started. Customer is definitely NOT always right and has no foundation in law although a lot of customers think it has.

The customer is rarely right! Although to be honest it's seldom worth the hassle pointing this out. The amount of managers I've seen who lose customers for life over petty squabbles is amazing.
