It's 30 years this year since the miners' strike and there are lots of events being organised to commemorate it. There is a Facebook page for those that way inclined and a picnic at Orgreave in June.

Anyway, being that way inclined myself, I might post a few things that might interest some of you on here, starting with this on Friday for you Sheffield types...
