If there are any of you not getting much, apparently there is a good reason... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-25094142 Modern life is making us less likely to shag – we're having more partners but getting less action. Funny, because I was having this conversation with some friends over a few jars the other night, all ladies of a certain age and we came up with quite a list of ardour dampners – not being able to be arsed, contemptuous over-familiarity, the lack of hats on men, male self-expressive dance and partner infantilisation were all key factors. But not much about Facebook, Twitter and other such web wanking. Myself, I'm in the fuck-off, I-can't-be-arsed, come-back-when-you-pick-up-your-own-pants-off-the- bathroom-floor-and-take-me-out-once-in-a-while camp, whilst my friend's husband had just let his personal hygiene regime slip quite a bit. x |
