I don't think she's suitable girl material for Al. Tell her not to come round anymore.

And this thread was my attempt to liven up the place at a particularly boring lowpoint. But then a Tory conference comes along, topped off by a cock beaker, and I'm happy. Easily pleased of east London. Xx

What's going on? Delayed responses to old threads. Have I been in some sort of time warp? Oh well. It makes life interesting. Who is going to drag up the oldest thread I wonder? Is the 'have you ever shat yourself' thread still in existence? If so, where might it reside? So many questions, so few answers.

Probably somewhere near ''What's your favourite soup?'' :*:

With all this fuss over Dr Who lately, I got to thinking..I wonder if he'd lend us the Tardis so we could go back to the time when the forum was alive with raucous filth & brawling. :alien:

And here's a gratuitous picture of Daleks

Yes - I think you are right, Egg. We used to get info about what was going on. The old days when some things (e.g.) Christmas gigs seemed to be announced first here on the forum. Little insights into the making of new albums or new projects. There doesn't seem to be anything now. That was one reason why I asked a couple of months ago if the forum was coming to its natural end. I really hope not because everyone on here shares an interest in RH's music which was often the focus of the online conversations. Add in some politics, heart wrenching personal stories, bodily mis functions and the occasional penis beaker and all in all you have the perfect forum!

I have a bad knee.

We could always hold a convention...

Or maybe just drop on Fagan's for a Sunday dinner.

Craig sort it out.

My knee should be better in a few weeks...

Man - I am falling apart.

It all started at 45 - and now I'm almost 58...

I used to hate these old f*ckers in pubs going on about their ailments now I'm one of them...

For myself, I don’t really mind that there isn’t more Hawley news because, presumably, there’s not much to tell. Maybe he’s off doing something less boring instead (that’s a 70s TV reference to you young ‘uns!) It’s nice to know stuff when it happens, and that’s obviously what got us on here in the first place, but conversations can continue, we are allowed.

Myself, I don’t miss some of the sycophancy but I do miss fellow ranters but I have contact with some of them outside here (before you say anything, it’s nothing mucky or involving cock beakers). Don’t think it’s dying a death, I just think people are having a bit of a lull. My suggestion would be: talk if you want to, don’t if you don’t.

I think most people on here are quite lovely and there’s plenty of evidence of that from this thread itself. I’m sure we have plenty in our lovely brains to keep each other entertained.

Pops, yoga for your dodgy knee, sunshine. Bit of robust manipulation will do you a world of good…xxx
