Is it just me, or is anyone else hacked off with the amount of feedback expected after the most trivial interaction with any commercial organisation? Surveys take longer than the transaction itself. Not participating in any more!

It's cheaper than hiring mystery shoppers. It's basically a way of making sure employees are paranoid all the time. In our shop you get put under serious pressure to get people to do those surveys and get your name mentioned. I hate giving them out, not because I'm afraid of what anyone will say, but more because I'm helpful and anyway.
