I always remember my Dad saying that the pain from his gall stones was worse than his 1st heart attack - he used to be on the floor with the pain - he had them removed and were given to him in a little jar. There must have been at least 50 of the little bastards.

Having a disc problem in my lower back was undoubtedly the worsed pain for me. Toothache comes second.
