sorry to hear that dave, a few years ago we (the engineering department) were stabbed in the back and outsourced/transfered to a sister company, it was a disaster costing the company hundreds of thousands of pounds.

just over a year later we were transfered back inhouse and at our yearly meeting got an apology from the board of directors, to which a colleague from barnsley shouted out "stick thee apology up t'arse, whats on t'buffet humble pie?"

so sometimes the big knobs get it wrong!
