Thanks for all your thoughts and wishes.
Its been a tough week and yesterday was Kara's funeral. Well I say funeral it wasn't as conventional as that. We met at the crematorium and the kids read a couple of poems they'd written, then we all took out coloured marker pens and wrote messages to Kara on her cardboard coffin whilst we listened to Do you realise by the flaming lips, an amazing song which we also played at our wedding. Then we listened to Dark Road by Richard, as that seemed fitting too. Then we left her there and all went for a picnic in the camper van under stanage edge. Was a fitting day and although very sad, as nice as it could be and not too funerial.

i am sure i speak for us all Ben in wishing you and your children only the best for your future together i believe that after suffering the loss of someone so dear that you honour them by striving to be happy in all they tried to achieve for you,that is how i can carry on without so many loved one's i have lost i hope this helps in some small way...........x
