This is the highlight of working in a shop. This Saturday and sunday I will be counting piles upon piles of shite. I hate it.

I used to have to do that when I worked in our department stores, in the early days we had to count every single button!!! The innovation of weighing one button, then weighing all of them and working the quantity from there was one of my ideas. But that's what you get when you sell such things loose rather than as cards of 6.

I sympathise, it's a horrible job to do.

I sympathise Louise. It's so piss boring and repetitive. At least you'll be warm though in your shop. When i used to work in a supermarket, i had to stocktake piles of raw meat in the fridge and frozen meals in a huge walk in freezer (the kind where people shut you in when they want to murder you) from trays which very often had lost their label with all the information on. On my own. ASDA - the worst job i ever did. And i don't say that lightly.

Yes Eric, you will be marched into the darkest corner of 'that fucking cave' and shot. Thou shalt not have a sense of humour.
