Once again it's time for another trip to the bloody dentist! After having one yanked out last time it's now time for more novacaine and a nice little root filling! :(

I went to school with my dentist. The upside of that is that I don't pay a lot for my treatment; the downside is that every time he gives me an injection he reminds me of the time when we were in second year juniors and I held my sewing needle of his chair so that he sat on it ..........

Sounds like you are having a bad time of it though Dave - hope you're feeling better x

My dentist is cross-eyed.

Now I know I shouldn't discriminate, but it doesn't exactly fill me with confidence when he's coming towards me with jagged metal objects :pale:

And I hope you feel better soon, Dave :*:

In my experience you always end up having the bloody tooth out anyway, when you've had a root filling. And at least it stops hurting then.

........I've had more pricks in my mouth these last few months than...... *insert your own punchline here*

 Have you not been able to find an NHS dentist then? Surely he'd let you pay by installments instead? :? Leaves a nasty taste in the mouth doesn't it.
