Before next Tuesday I have a gig to play, and I am taking my eldest daughter away for the weekend, so I hope so too.

I'll see what i have in the lab that could help. I know we have chloroform but i'm guessing you want pain relief more than being knocked out??? :*:

You could try Paramol, Nick. I was in pain a couple of weeks ago when the anaesthetic wore off after some dental treatment, so I went to Boots and asked them to recommend a painkiller. Came away with Paramol (a combination of paracetamol and dihydrocodeine) and they were very effective.

I'm taking Cuprofen. Definitely taking the edge off it.

If it gets any worse, I'm sending for Dave & the pliers.

I'll be coming up to Sheffield shortly, and have a wide selection of pliers you could borrow.....Seriously though, often the dentist can aply some gel stuff, just to tide you over till your appointment
